| Course description | The real estate license holder will gain knowledge and understanding of the dispute resolution process. Participants will learn how to communicate to clients, customers, sales agents and others the benefits of resolving disputes through mediation. Participants will be taught how to negotiate disputes arising out of real estate transactions in a manner that should be satisfactory to all parties involved. |
