Course description |
This course offers discussion on the latest topics in the areas of real estate management. It will address topical and complex issues valuable to the seasoned real estate manager, as well as provide a foundation for the new real estate professional. Various topics will be discussed during the course including: impact of social media on real estate, the Realtor Code of Ethics, current industry outlook and the future of real estate over the next 5-10 years and the importance of business etiquette.
