\nThis course is designed to prepare students for entry into the commercial real estate field by exposing them to the funda mentals of commercial real estate leasing\, property development\, and app raisal valuation methods. h they are reactivating\, and the member will be charged the $25 late fee
and $50 reconnect fee if no notification was given to FRAR in writing rega
rding dropping MLS services\; if notification was given to FRAR regarding
dropping MLS then only a $50 reactivation fee plus prorated dues will be c
harged.
