Howev er\, since the advent of buyer agency and the emphasis on training how to be an effective buyer representative\, it has become apparent we can no lo nger assume seller agents have the same level of effectiveness. The Seller Representative Specialist course is a 16 hour course designed to take a n ew agent to an accomplished level sooner and an already successful agent t o an even higher level of competency. It focuses on the skills necessary t o properly represent a property owner\, including agency\, marketing\, and servicing the client.
