Course description |
This course will focus on how to effectively represent a buyer, as a buyer’s agent, in a residential real estate transaction. Course topics include: using MLS data to advise potential buyer as to the market value and choosing correct comparable sales so that “apples are compared to apples.” Understanding the difference between a buyer’s market, a seller’s market and a balanced market impacts buyer options; learning to compare the resale market to the new home market and the importance of historical data in specific neighborhoods. Emphasis also placed on buyer’s agent responsibility to client.

Course description |
The state of the economy has led many real estate licensees to turn to property management as an income source. If you’re among that group, it’s important you become knowledgeable about the laws and duties imposed on property managers. The course will cover the residential property manager's role and the legal boundaries that govern the execution of duties. Hear about recent changes in the laws that affect property managers and find out how to handle potential legal situations. Topics covered include Seller/Buyer temporary lease, lease purchase, when to lease and when not to; non-revenue property management, and a review of property management rules.
This committee is Reserved only for those who Chair one of the four Government Affairs County Committees and the Legislative Oversight Chair.
