Active status is “YES”

Under Open House Type\, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only wa y we can find it to enter your property on the tour).\n

With more license holders appearing on podcasts\, radio shows\, live feeds on social media and even television\, our colleagues need to be trai ned in several areas: properly conveying their brokerage's or their person al sentiments about potentially litigious subject matter like fair housing \; knowing when and how identify as a REALTOR in public forums\, and what to do to master their public speaking and sooth anxiety before 'going on.' This course will prepare agents better represent their brokerage and real estate industry when we have an audience!
