The class focus es on important concepts and tools including market analysis\, competency requirements\, Broker price opinions\, code of ethics considerations\, and TREC rules relating to CMA’s and BPO’s. Students will learn the process o f creating a CMA including identifying buyers and sellers’ markets\, ident ifying comparable properties\, understanding Appraisal methodology\, adjus ting comparable properties\, and developing the CMA report.
