If paym ent is not received by the due date:

MLS Dues Billing: $25 late fee will apply for all dues paid a fter the due date listed above\; staff does not have the authority to waiv e late fees.

SUPRA eKEY and Matrix MLS access will be suspended until payment is received. If no payment is received af ter 30 days\, active status listings will be moved into the broker’s name or\, if the broker\, temp off market. When access is reactivat ed\, member is responsible for moving these listings back in to their inve ntory.

If reapplying within six months of inactivity ( MLS/SUPRA):
If reapplying before six months of inact ivity\, the member will pay prorated MLS dues based on the month they are reactivating\, and the member will be charged the $25 late fee and $50 rec onnect fee if no notification was given to FRAR in writing regarding dropping MLS services\; if notification was given to FRAR regarding dropping MLS then only a $25 reactivation fee plus prorated dues will be charged.
