It then focuses on the Commercial sales contracts provided by TAR for Improved and Unimproved property transactions, with related forms and addenda. Students are reminded of the requirement to use TREC promulgated forms for one-to-four family, Farm and Ranch, and residential condo sales, as well as the dangers of practicing law without a license.
