adjust to the requirements of lenders and regulators. Whether its desk top appraisals, waivers
(both lender waiver and waiver of the right to terminate), measuring standards, fees and

provides the promulgated contracts and addenda. There are several sections that can cause issues if they are not filled out correctly. Agents and brokers must be familiar with the forms so that the consumers’ needs, wants and desires are competently addressed in the document. Most agents can estimate the price of a residential property. When pricing vacant land, different information is required. This course will teach real estate professionals what questions must be asked and answered related to valuing a vacant lot. They will learn how to gather data and how to use that data in various methods for arriving at values. Course will help agents become more comfortable with the overall process, how to make adjustments and where to go for more information on selecting comparable properties and how to make adjustments. This course will teach you the basic components and processes of the planning and zoning phases of real estate development, and how these phases must lead us to a better way of developing communities through the application of smart growth principles. You will learn how to not only strengthen your business but also become an advocate for smart, sustainable, equitable growth in your community. In effect, by the time this course is complete, you will see the future of your community, and your business, in a whole new way!
The goals of this course are for students to:
Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to the Texas REALTORS® Political Action Committee (TREPAC) and the Texas Association of REALTORS® Federal Political Action Committee (TAR FedPAC)—which makes contributions to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC)—are voluntary and may be used for political purposes. The amount indicated is merely a guideline, and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal, and the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, and its local associations will not favor or disadvantage anyone because of the amount contributed. Until the RPAC annual goal is met, 70% of an individual’s contribution goes to TREPAC and may be used to support state and local candidates; the remaining 30% is sent to TAR FedPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. 30116. (Exception: 100% of an individual’s contribution goes to TREPAC if the individual is an employee of an affiliate member of Texas REALTORS®.) After the RPAC annual goal is met, 100% of an individual’s contribution goes to TREPAC and may be used to support state and local candidates. You may contact the Texas REALTORS® political committee administrator at 800‐873‐9155 to obtain information about your contributions.
