If payment is not received by the due date:
MLS Dues Billing: $25 late fee will apply for all dues paid after the due date listed above; staff does not have the authority to waive late fees.
Association Dues Billing: $25 late fee will be assessed to all dues received after due date listed above. Association dues ARE NOT prorated if dues were paid the prior year.
If reapplying within three months of inactivity (MLS):
If reapplying before three months of inactivity, the member will pay prorated MLS dues based on the month they are reactivating, and the member will be charged the $25 late fee and $50 reconnect fee if no notification was given to FRAR in writing regarding dropping MLS services; if notification was given to FRAR regarding dropping MLS then only a $50 reactivation fee plus prorated dues will be charged.
If reapplying after three months of inactivity (MLS):
Change of Office fee (if changing brokers) $35.00

convert these prospects into clients. You will dive into an overall online marketing strategy that includes
how to use content to engage consumers.
Using the concept of the Hub and Spokes online marketing model, you will learn how to optimize your
primary web-based presence (your hub) and align your other online marketing activities (your spokes) to
connect with modern consumers and convert them into clients.

Caravan Home Tour Instructions
Go to Matrix.ctxmls.com
Enter your User ID and Password
From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input
Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit
In Select Form you will go to Open Houses
You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.
Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.
Active status is “yes”
Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).
Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.
