Course Description:
This vital day provides an in-depth view of agency relationships which are the foundation of serving any client in any transaction. Importantly, this day aims to increase your awareness of your role and your broker's, and how the two work together and support one another. It addresses the requirements for both presenting the choices available for an agency relationship, as well as disclosing existing agency relationships. It examines the fiduciary duties required of agency and how they relate to both buyer and seller representation. And, it discusses intermediary relationships and the rules that apply.
Our weekly staff meetings are now held every Monday
from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, and during that time we have our
Lobby Doors Closed and Phones Paused for 1 hr.
We will open our doors and start returning all calls at 9:30 am, once the meeting concludes.

Course focus is designed to increase comfort level of agents when navigating identity differences, how to avoid bias in real estate interactions and importance of equitable behavior when dealing with client, consumers of different ethnic groups.

The course is designed for real agents to obtain an understanding of the outlook of the real estate industry as institutional buyers are purchasing large quantities of homes in Texas. The historical background of traditional home buyers compared to today’s institutional buyers. How these Buyers are changing the possibility of homeownership for many Americans. Discover who the big stakeholders are and how they are purchasing these homes at record speed. Wall Street’s role in this transition of major home buyers will be discussed. This course by Ginger Unger is designed for residential agents, investors, landlords and tenant representatives to explore commercial real estate leasing. The foreign language of the commercial brokers will be deciphered for you in an easy format. The basic principles of a completing a commercial real estate leasing transaction will be discussed step by step. The customary phrases, clauses and leasing conformities in the commercial leasing world will be discovered in this course. You will leave this class feeling more prepared to work a commercial lease transaction.
