This course is designed to prepare students for entry into the commercial real estate field by exposing them to the fundamentals of commercial real estate finance and economics, and then through the application of those fundamental concepts using actual practice scenarios on a variety of property types they are likely to encounter. You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.
Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.
Active status is “yes”
Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).
Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.

Many facets of the appraisal process are changing. Both appraisers and agents/brokers have to
adjust to the requirements of lenders and regulators. Whether its desk top appraisals, waivers
(both lender waiver and waiver of the right to terminate), measuring standards, fees and
turnaround times, everyone needs to adjust. This course will help these professionals
understand the changes and how they affect each other when serving consumers in real estate
transactions.

Agents and brokers have an obligation to represent their clients to the best of their ability. TREC
provides the promulgated contracts and addenda. There are several sections that can cause issues if they are not filled out correctly. Agents and brokers must be familiar with the forms so that the consumers’ needs, wants and desires are competently addressed in the document. This course will discuss the areas that must be completed correctly and ramifications if they are not.
