Course description |
License holder will gain understanding of FHA as an entity; its role and function inthe home buying process from a lending perspective and how to best serve theirclients who are FHA eligible. Being a federal loan program, lending guidelines are directly impacted by Federal Fair Housing Act. License holder will gain an understanding of legal responsibilities related to real estate transactions so not to violate any fair housing guidelines. The course explores the areas of law related to the Fair Housing Act applicable to the day-to-day encounters of the real estate agent and potential impact on real estate transactions.

This course by will provide knowledge to real estate agents using Clareity and Matrix. Course will cover Clareity dashboard and resources, Matrix basic functions as well as tools and tricks! Information in this course will help agents use the systems more effectively, and also save them time and frustration.

United Texas, the anchor of the Affordable Housing Specialist Certification, gives agents the information needed to help clients with low-cost financing, assistance programs, and a host of other options to make housing more affordable and available to all buyers. Partners for this course include the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation. Course also provides information on possible loan options for Veterans. This course will introduce the real estate professional to a variety of programs and resources to help more people realize the dream of homeownership.
