Lobby Doors Closed and Phones Paused for 1 hr.
We will open our doors and start returning all calls at 9:30 am, once the meeting concludes.

This 3 HR class will NOT make participants Geographically Competent to sell in the Coastal Bend. It is an informative class that will address some of the required forms, issues, and concerns often found in selling coastal properties. With this knowledge, practitioners will be able to assist consumers and provide resources for the many unique issues noted in coastal communities. Relevancy: This course equips real estate professionals with an overview of the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the Texas coastal market while discussing compliance with TREC 531.4 and the benefits of referring clients to area market experts.
