Caravan Home Tour Instructions

Go to Matrix.ctxmls.com

Enter your User ID and Password

From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input

Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit

In Select Form you will go to Open Houses.

You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.

Time will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Active status is “YES”

Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).

Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.

This committee is Reserved only for those who Chair one of the four Government Affairs County Committees and the Legislative Oversight Chair. 

Our weekly staff meetings are now held every Monday 

from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, and during that time we have our 

Lobby Doors Closed and Phones Paused for 1 hr. 

We will open our doors and start returning all calls at 9:30 am, once the meeting concludes.

Perhaps you belong to a real estate trade association that has a code of ethics as a requirement for engaging in the business. Texas law and the various trade association code of ethics are similar yet not identical. This class is about your license requirements not, trade associa­tion expectations. The course covers the requirements Texas law places upon all license holders regard­ing ethics and conduct when facilitating a real estate transaction.
