We hope this message finds you well. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your interest and commitment to attending our October Luncheon. Your support and engagement with our programs are greatly appreciated.
However, it is with regret that we must inform you that due to low attendance, the October Membership Luncheon has been cancelled. We understand that many of you were looking forward to this event, and we share in your disappointment.
We would like to assure you that the decision to cancel the luncheon was not made lightly. The Program Committee and Executive Board explored all possible options to proceed with the event, but ultimately, the low turnout made it impractical to move forward.
