Central Texas MLS Access Staff/Office Manager Form

This form is for the purpose of registering Licensed and Unlicensed office staff user requiring a login and password for the CTXMLS.

*Fees will be based on your month of activating services.

Estimated Fees to Join:

One-Time Application Fee - $100.00

Unlicensed CTXMLS User: $221.74/Semi-Annually

Licensed CTXMLS User: $300.91/Semi-Annually

MLS billing occurs on a semi-annual basis.

The Fall/Winter Cycle runs from October 16th to April 15th.

The Spring/Summer Cycle spans from April 16th to October 15th.

Subscribers will be emailed a final total due before processing reflecting a prorated amount based on their entry within the cycle.
