Seguin Property Tour

Tour dates: Every Thursday of each month, 9 AM
Starting location: 1467 E Court St, Seguin
Directions to add a property to the New Braunfels or Seguin tours in Matrix.
Adding Instructions
• Go to Matrix.ctxmls.com
• Enter your User ID and Password
• From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input
• Under Listings, go to the "Quick Modify" section and enter your MLS # and edit
• In Select Form you will go to Open Houses
• You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.
• Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.
• Active status is "yes"
• Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick "CARAVAN" (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).
• Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you'd like.

| Course description | Just having a presence on the web and social media isn’t sufficient in today’s new era of digital marketing. Agents will learn how to create and deploy social media and content curation strategies and tactics to vastly improve their online visibility and customer engagement opportunities. Specific emphasis is placed on real estate-specific intelligence, use cases and best practices in social/digital media, and the emergence of newer visual channels such as Instagram and Pinterest. The course also provides a brief framework to ensure agents’ online activities remain compliant with TREC rules, the REALTORS® Code of Ethics, and federal regulations regarding influencers, reviews and endorsements. |
