Course Description:

This course by Ginger Unger is designed for residential agents or any person involved in commercial real estate at a novice level. Participants will be able to grasp the concept of providing a LOI before going to a lease contract in a commercial transaction. Agents will be introduced to Texas Realtors promulgated LOI forms as well as non promulgated LOI formats utilized in commercial real estate lease transactions. Course will provide adequate information and direction to ensure an agent will be able to draft a Letter of Intent with confidence.

Course Description:

This course by Ginger Unger provides residential agents, new investors, Landlords and new or seasoned Tenant Representatives a complete understanding of the Commercial Lease Contracts available thru Texas REALTORS®. Additional Addendums such as Extension Option, Lease Expense Reimbursement, Right of Refusal and Lease Construction and many more will be explained in detail. Students/agents will gain the point of view from both the Landlord and the Tenant side of the transaction. You will gain knowledge on when its pertinent to consult with commercial real attorneys and how not to practice law while completing Texas REALTORS®

Caravan Home Tour Instructions

Go to Matrix.ctxmls.com

Enter your User ID and Password                         

From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input

Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit

In Select Form you will go to Open Houses

You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.

Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.

Active status is “yes”

Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN”  (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).

Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.

This course by Michic Guillory covers how Legislation has opened the door to the Hemp indusrty in Texas. Through this class, real esate profeesionals will learn Texas Hemp Laws for Commercial Real Estate and Land Sales. How to serve hemp industry clients and help them secure business properties in accordance with relevant federal and state laws. Course will cover hemp basics, how to best use contracts and forms, hemp myths versus reality, current constraints and resources available to you.
