This course is designed to prepare students for entry into the commercial real estate field by learning how to assess the merits of investment property, developing an understanding the consequences of sale and how to develop an exit strategy, identify appropriate contract forms and addenda and when to use them, and how to develop a business plan based on self-awareness.

This committee is Reserved only for those who Chair one of the four Government Affairs County Committees and the Legislative Oversight Chair. 

Our weekly staff meetings are now held every Monday 

from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, and during that time we have our 

Lobby Doors Closed and Phones Paused for 1 hr. 

We will open our doors and start returning all calls at 9:30 am, once the meeting concludes.

Course provides insight on how to develop effective sales associates who are aligned with the company’s culture, understanding & adjusting your leadership style based on the individual and the situation and how to harness performance strategies to ensure agents will reach their full potential.
