 Course Description:

This course is designed to prepare students for entry into the commercial real estate field by exposing them to the fundamentals of commercial real estate finance and economics, and then through the application of those fundamental concepts using actual practice scenarios on a variety of property types they are likely to encounter. It will provide a strong grounding in basic concepts that will help students who intend to pursue higher designations such as CCIM. It will also prepare agents who are interested in moving their field of business from residential to commercial, or residential agents who occasionally take part in commercial transactions.

Enter your User ID and Password

From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input

Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit

In Select Form you will go to Open Houses

You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.

Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.

Active status is “yes”

Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).

Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.

Course description

Most agents can estimate the price of a residential property. When pricing vacant land, different information is required. This course will teach real estate professionals what questions must be asked and answered related to valuing a vacant lot. They will learn how to gather data and how to use that data in various methods for arriving at values. Course will help agents become more comfortable with the overall process, how to make adjustments and where to go for more information on selecting comparable properties and how to make adjustments. Agents will also learn about possible outcomes from this pricing.
