The GRI designation is a powerful tool to attract and build new business. In this 30-hour section - GRI: Contracts to Closing Topics will include lending essentials, residential contracts, appraisals, surveys, negotiations, fair housing, and diversity.

Recent Texas legislation has brought about many changes for Texas Owners Associations also known as HOA’s. Many of these changes will directly affect license holders and their clients. This course will address how legislative changes to HOA guidelines will impact the 1-4 contract, related addendums, and property tax codes.

Caravan Home Tour Instructions

Go to Matrix.ctxmls.com

Enter your User ID and Password

From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input

Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit

In Select Form you will go to Open Houses.

You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.

Time will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Active status is “YES”

Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).

Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.

This course provides an in-depth exploration of essential TREC

contracts and TXR forms and proper use in real estate transactions. Participants will examine various sales contracts, addenda, amendment and related documents. By clarifying the purpose, appropriate use, and recent updates of these documents, the course equips real estate professionals to handle transactions with assurance, accuracy, and expert knowledge.
