This course covers the basics of a 1031 exchange:
- Defining like-kind, exchange eligible property
- Understanding the different types of 1031 exchanges
- Reviewing the strict rules and timelines of an exchange
This class will better enable agents to guide their clients through the 1031 process.
Agents will not only learn the basics of 1031, but also leave with an enhanced understanding the economics of the exchange, and why the math/economics is in fact our clients’ the primary motivation for exchanging.
