Course description |
2022 has had some interesting changes that have challenged agents and brokers. We know that we must place the clients interests ahead of our own. We need to understand the relationship between brokers and agents when dealing with clients. As tax assessments have rolled out, agents and brokers need to understand the relationship between assessments and tax rates and pass that information on to their clients. As the lending industry tries to cope with lack of appraisers, new products and rising interest rates, agency relationships require professionals to explain the concerns to their clients. Utilizing industry experts, this class will provide insight into today’s issues with the end goal of protecting clients and customers.
