Go to Matrix.ctxmls.com

Enter your User ID and Password                         

From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input

Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit

In Select Form you will go to Open Houses

You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.

Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.

Active status is “yes”

Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN”  (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).

Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.

Course Description:

The 21st century has so far presented multiple challenges to the real estate industry, notably a housing boom and rising property values in the early 2000s, followed by economic decline, mortgage defaults, and a very unsettled market place that has only recently begun to stabilize. Determining property values depends more than ever on professional expertise, competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approaching the pricing assignment from all pertinent perspectives. This course is specifically designed to help residential real estate agents and brokers enhance their skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values. As real estate professionals gain more understanding pricing properties and CMAs, they can effectively function in their role in the valuation process.
The goal of this course is to equip the real estate license holder with pertinent information to enable them to price properties appropriately whether it’s for listing or making offers. It will provide greater understanding of the CMA’s to help the real estate license holder become more comfortable with the process of selecting appropriate property comparisons; how to make adjustments and where to go for quality information to ensure the most accurate assessment when calculating adjustments. Help enhance skills in creating accurate property valuations, reducing risk, and applying alternative valuation methods to properties under consideration.

Course description

This course will serve as an introduction to the new homes sales market for real estate sales agents. The course consists of three modules to address what a buyer’s representative needs to know in order to succeed at representing buyers in the new-home sales market. Students will gain an understanding of the new home sales process and the type of services the buyer needs. They will also learn where and how to find new home sales business.

The goal of this course is to help licensees gain the product and transaction knowledge needed in order to guide buyer-clients through the steps and processes for purchase, construction, and customization of a new home. This course explores the social dynamics of a First-Time Homebuyer. Course brings to life real world examples of who is the aspiring first-time homebuyer. Where do they live currently, where do they shop, where do they socialize? Who are they? What are their needs and how can you as a Realtor meet their expectations? Course dissects this market segment and provides necessary tools and action steps to build your business network. Will cover areas that are unique to first-time homebuyers and how to become a valuable resource for them and learn how to breakdown cultural barriers.
