Course description

Most active licensees understand that professional standards are an integral part of a successful license holder’s business model. Unfortunately, some brokers and agents don’t always adhere to the Canons of Professional Ethics as outlined in Chapter 535 within the Rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission or the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, and can end up in trouble. This course is designed to help the broker train their agents on how they can manage risk and encourage good business etiquette. In an interactive classroom setting, there will be real life situations and cases reviewed and discussed that were taken from recent Professional Standards cases, and chosen because they will resonate with those present.
