Spring 2021 Billing Due Date for MLS/Supra

Dues Schedule & Fees 2021

                                                                              
Spring 2021 Billing MLS/SUPRA (April 2021 – Sept 2021)        Invoice Date: February 22                 Due Date: March 22

If payment is not received by the due date:

MLS Dues Billing:  $25 late fee will apply for all dues paid after the due date listed above; staff does not have the authority to waive late fees.

Association Dues Billing:  $25 late fee will be assessed to all dues received after due date listed above. Association dues ARE NOT prorated if dues were paid the prior year.

  • SUPRA eKEY will be deactivated and Matrix MLS access will be terminated until payment is received (active status listings will be moved into the broker’s name or, if the broker, temp off market). When access is reactivated, member is responsible for moving these listings back in to their inventory.

If reapplying within three months of inactivity (MLS):
If reapplying before three months of inactivity, the member will pay prorated MLS dues based on the month they are reactivating, and the member will be charged the $25 late fee and $50 reconnect fee if no notification was given to FRAR in writing regarding dropping MLS services; if notification was given to FRAR regarding dropping MLS then only a $50 reactivation fee plus prorated dues will be charged.

If reapplying after three months of inactivity (MLS):

  • $50.00 application fee is applied
  • MLS dues will be prorated

Change of Office fee (if changing brokers)           $35.00

Cash, Checks to FRAR and Credit Cards Accepted

This course will offer agents a thorough understanding of how to better estimate the value of a property in our market. You will learn about pricing strategy, features to consider, adjustments, and how to the examine the competition. You will be able to take the information learned and make your sellers’ list prices more accurate, and your buyers’ offers more competitive.
