The Essential Topics: 3-Hour Contracts Review course is designed to walk experienced agents through the details of commonly used contracts in real estate, including discussions of provisions and clauses and their use, a breakdown of available promulgated addenda and other forms, and a review of common contract mistakes and how they can affect the validity and viability of a contract. With the very active market, the mortgage and appraisal industry have seen changes that
impact consumers and license holders. As a result, it is important for real estate agents to understand appraisals and who the appraiser works for. The purpose of this course is to provide insight into the residential appraisal process. Course will provide a review of a blank appraisal report. Agents will gain the knowledge to recognize a valid appraisal, elements of the appraisal process and what to do if a property does not appraise for the sales price and how to prooceed if it’s determined that a correction needs to be made to the appraisal report.
