from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, and during that time we have our
Lobby Doors Closed and Phones Paused for 1 hr.
We will open our doors and start returning all calls at 9:30 am, once the meeting concludes.

Information in this course will help agents use the systems more effectively, and also save them time and frustration.
