The professional standards day of GRI Real Estate Brokerage sets the tone for the course and provides a thorough review of the NAR Code of Ethics. The Code is the keystone of professionalism, protocol, and best practices for REALTORS®. Additionally, this day examines the ethics complaint and enforcement processes established and implemented by the Texas Association of REALTORS. Further, this section reviews case studies that assess actions and violations in everyday situations. The aim is for students to leave with a deeper understanding of the guidelines they work within.

In Select Form you will go to Open Houses.

You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.

Time will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Active status is “YES”

Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).

Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.

This course covers an integral part of any successful brokerage, which is coming up with a compensation plan. In this course, our goals are the following learning objectives: Identify and understand the relationship between compensation and profitability for a real estate brokerage.List and understand types of compensation to agents, Compare and analyze compensation programs and profitability, and employ compensation to direct agents’ efforts, e.g. more listings, more sales.
